About this role

Supporting existing Medicare members, the full-time Remote Licensed Medicare Insurance Agent will engage in service-focused conversations, helping clients understand their coverage and resolve concerns without high-pressure sales tactics. Key responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with Medicare members, focusing on retention, education, and issue resolution Guide members through their coverage options while meeting performance expectations for call quality and engagement Maintain communication with supervisors and attend required team meetings and training sessions Required qualifications Active Health or Health & Life license Minimum of 1 year of Medicare experience Ability to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP Home office setup that meets remote work requirements Basic computer skills and comfort with multiple software systems
