Managing complex bodily injury claims and litigation remotely, the full-time Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with various stakeholders, and ensure exceptional customer service while adhering to corporate policies and legal requirements. Key responsibilities Analyze claims exposure and determine appropriate resolutions for auto liability claims Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claims process to facilitate resolution Document claim activity and provide timely updates to support claim outcomes Required qualifications High School Diploma Minimum of 3 years of related claims experience Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, GA, and NY Knowledge of industry standards and practices Experience with claims and business software
