About this role

Supporting global transportation and logistics operations, the full-time Logistics Coordinator will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, schedule transportation activities, and monitor shipment execution, with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week. Key responsibilities Coordinate domestic and international shipments of raw materials, investigational products, and clinical trial supplies Schedule transportation activities with logistics service providers, ensuring compliance with project timelines Monitor shipment status and communicate any delays or risks to relevant stakeholders Required qualifications 2-5 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations Experience managing temperature-sensitive biologic or gene therapy shipments Knowledge of GxP, GDP, IATA, and DOT transportation regulations Familiarity with shipping regulations and customs documentation Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
