About this role

Within this Firm you will have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of high-profile merger and Acquisitions projects, you will be working with shareholders and management teams in the UK and internationally on the structuring of their personal investments and advising on tax technical and commercial issues. In addition, the Senior Tax Manager will participate in client business development activities, pulling on your marketing skills and provide training and coaching to junior staff members.
