About this role

📋 Description Monitor, investigate, and resolve malware, spam, and IP blocklisting issues. Investigate malware cases escalated from the Support team. Write and document new malware signature rules for customer scanning tools. Document remediation processes for malware infections and DMCA removals. Monitor internal tools to detect spam or blocklisting; alert customers as needed. Provide feedback to improve malware detection and remediation tools.

🎯 Requirements Fluent in English with excellent written communication. Experience detecting, investigating, and resolving malware infections in PHP and JavaScript. Experience writing and applying regular expressions. Familiarity with WordPress, wp-config.php directives, and common malware vectors. Comfortable working in a command line environment.
