To drive visibility and business impact, the full-time Manager of AI Search Optimization will define brand presence across AI search platforms, manage an experimentation-led program, and ensure technical SEO excellence while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to increase visibility and citations across AI answer engines Establish a repeatable experimentation program to improve AI citation rates and engagement metrics Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and publish AI-optimized content efficiently Required qualifications 5-8 years of hands-on SEO experience, particularly in AI search optimization and answer engine strategies Strong technical SEO skills, including site architecture, crawlability, and structured data Proven experience in designing and running experimentation programs for search performance Fluency with modern SEO and analytics tools for measurement and reporting Excellent editorial judgment and ability to refine both AI-generated and human-created content
