About this role

To support a growing practice, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed BCBA will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and provide parent coaching while working 50% remotely. Key responsibilities Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans for clients Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors, ensuring effective implementation of treatment Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and provide ongoing parent support and coaching Required qualifications Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Preferred 2+ years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
