Working remotely as a full-time Medicaid Rebate Analyst Services Specialist, the candidate will provide document review and data support, manage rebate invoicing, and ensure compliance with Medicaid Drug Rebate Programs. Key responsibilities Manage rebate invoicing, payment allocation, and reconciliation activities Support the generation and verification of quarterly Medicaid rebate invoices Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and assist with dispute tracking Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or Accounting 2-3 years of Medicaid rebate administration experience 4-6 years of experience in Healthcare finance, Pharmacy operations, or Accounts receivable Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
