About this role

MFA Business Analyst Mindbox Sp. z o.o. Daily tasks: - Lead requirements elicitation (workshops, interviews) and maintain documentation. - Facilitate gap analysis, translate results into epics/user stories, and manage acceptance criteria. - Capture requirements for MFA, passwordless, and FIDO adoption initiatives. - Collaborate with senior stakeholders, business units, IAM security teams, and engineering squads. - Present updates, clarify decisions, and communicate technical topics to varied audiences.

- Document current vs future-state flows and define operational handoffs. - Create user journeys, including fallback and recovery options where necessary. - Partner with PMs and technical teams to prepare PoC, pilot, and global rollout. - Assist in readiness activities, comms preparation, and impact assessments. - Maintain Confluence/Jira artefacts; produce insights using Power BI/Excel. - Track dependencies, risks, and decisions to support audit and delivery governance.

Musts: Business Analyst, MFA, Security, Jira, Confluence 3+ years as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst in a technology-driven environment. Strong analysis and process mapping capabilities. Proven experience with large global deployments (ideally MFA or similar security projects). Familiarity with MFA and phishing-resistant authentication (including FIDO). Skilled in Jira/Confluence, data-driven reporting (Power BI/Excel).

Excellent communication skills with ability to challenge and drive clarity among senior stakeholders. Desirable Skills Background in financial services. Experience supporting globally distributed teams. Data skills: cleansing, mapping, transforming for reporting and insights.
