Woodard & Curran is seeking a dynamic and strategic marketing executive to lead our national Marketing & Communications function.
Reporting to the Chief Strategy & Growth Officer, this role is responsible for shaping and executing the firm’s marketing strategy in alignment with organizational objectives, overseeing a team of marketing professionals, and driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives. With broad strategic influence and direct accountability for market expansion and the revenue pipeline, this role serves as the bridge between marketing and overall business strategy, ensuring that marketing efforts contribute measurably to Woodard & Curran’s success.
The National Marketing & Communications Leader will lead a geographically dispersed team of marketing professionals, while serving as a key member of the firm's Strategy and Growth leadership team. Who Are We Looking For? We are seeking an experienced leader who excels at developing marketing strategies that drive growth, strengthen our brand, and support business development. Experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is preferred, though candidates from professional services organizations are also encouraged to apply.
Location: Hybrid role located near one of Woodard & Curran's primary office locations. Metro areas of: Portland, ME Boston, MA Providence, RI New York, NY Middletown, CT Philadelphia, PA Atlanta, GA Tampa, FL St Louis, MO Pittsburgh, PA Sacramento, CA San Francisco, CA Los Angeles, CA San Diego, CA Travel: Travel required, approximately 10-25%. Success Will Be Measured By Improved proposal win rates and client acquisition metrics due to elevated marketing support and messaging.
