Seeking a New York Licensed Litigation Associate, the full-time remote position will involve managing a caseload of New York Labor Law and general liability matters, including drafting motions, conducting depositions, and assisting with trial preparation. Key Responsibilities Independently manage an assigned caseload of New York Labor Law and general liability matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses, and other litigation-related documents Conduct and defend depositions, attend court conferences, and participate in mediations and trial preparation Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Currently admitted to practice in New York 3-7 years of litigation experience, particularly with New York Labor Law claims Demonstrated experience with motion practice, depositions, and court appearances
