Node.JS Developer Hays Hungary Daily tasks: - Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs - Build scalable, high-performance applications using Node.js - Work with modern frameworks such as NestJS or Express - Contribute to microservices-based architecture - Participate in CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines - Collaborate in a cross-functional team with frontend developers and product stakeholders - Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices Musts: Node.js 6+ years of experience in backend development (strong Node.js focus) Solid knowledge of modern JavaScript / TypeScript Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs Experience with Node.js frameworks (NestJS, Express, etc.) Strong understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL) Familiarity with microservices architecture Understanding of authentication & security concepts (e.g., JWT, OAuth) Experience with Docker and cloud environments is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to work in international teams Fluent English We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer (Node.js) to join a large-scale international project supporting a leading telecommunications group operating across Northern Europe and the Baltics.

You will be working in a stable and well-established global IT services environment, contributing to the development of high-performance, scalable backend systems used by millions of customers. This is a hybrid role with 1 day per week onsite . The working language is English , and you will collaborate closely with teams based abroad.
