About this role

OKR Roll-Out Manager Hays Hungary Daily tasks: - Own and continuously improve the company's OKR framework, ensuring consistency and best practices. - Align team objectives with overall business strategy and strategic priorities. - Drive organization-wide OKR adoption and support a shift toward outcome-based leadership. - Coach leaders, teams, and OKR Champions; facilitate workshops and enable effective goal setting. - Build and develop the internal OKR community through training and knowledge sharing.

- Manage the OKR platform (Workpath), including governance, onboarding, reporting, and adoption insights. Musts: PowerPoint, MS Excel, Degree, OKRs, Strategic development, Goal-setting frameworks Master's degree and proven experience in strategy, transformation, business enablement, or change management environments. Strong background in strategic development and execution. Hands-on experience with OKRs or similar performance and goal-setting frameworks.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. Strong prioritisation and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to balance competing business needs. Comfortable working with digital tools. Fluent English communication skills.
