About this role

One Identity Manager Architect Link Group Daily tasks: - Lead the implementation, integration, and support of the One Identity Manager platform. - Provide technical leadership in configuration, customization, and integrations as a Solution Architect. - Govern operational processes, including runbooks, SLAs, and incident/change management. - Drive continuous improvements through upgrades, performance optimization, automation, and technical debt reduction.

- Act as the key liaison between IT Security, business stakeholders, and governance teams. - Support knowledge transfer, maintain documentation, and mentor junior team members. Musts: IAM, Stakeholder management Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in One Identity Manager implementation, integration, and customization projects. Strong understanding of IAM concepts, access governance, and identity lifecycle management processes.

Experience with enterprise-scale deployments and multi-entity or multi-country environments. Proven ability to lead technical teams and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience with operational support models, service management processes, and continuous improvement initiatives within IAM environments.
