Onsite SAP Support Specialist delaware Consulting Hungary Kft. Daily tasks: - Act as the first point of contact for SAP support requests and incidents. - Prioritize, troubleshoot, and route tickets to the appropriate support teams. - Monitor SLAs and escalate critical or major incidents when needed. - Follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution. - Maintain documentation, support reporting, and handle simple L1.5 requests.

Musts: ERP, SAP, SAP Experience SAP Experience is mandatory. Interest in IT, technology, and business processes. Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Good English language skills, both written and spoken. Recent graduates, junior professionals, and candidates with a few months or years of experience are all encouraged to apply. You will work in one of two fixed 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, alternating between morning and afternoon shifts on a weekly basis.
