About this role

📋 Description Activate is seeking an Operations Intern to support the execution of the application and selection process for our next cohort of fellows. Working closely with the Pipeline team and Fellowship team members across Activate's five U.S. communities, this intern will help administer our application system, support applicants throughout the application process, and help organize data related to the Cohort 2027 selection process.

🎯 Requirements Support external and internal communications with applicants, reviewers, stakeholders. Organize and analyze data for the fellow selection process. Test and troubleshoot the application portal for applicants. Document selection procedures and workflows. Draft and organize training materials for team and reviewers. Monitor and evaluate selection data using Activate systems.
