To support a rapidly growing company, the full-time Owner Relations Agent will manage incoming owner inquiries related to revenue, land, and division orders while providing exceptional customer service in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Answer incoming owner relations calls and address various issues including revenue and division orders Log inquiries in a case tracking system and follow up on unresolved issues Build relationships with clients and manage difficult situations with professionalism and respect Required qualifications 2-5 years of industry-related experience in revenue accounting, land, or production Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and oil and gas software programs High School degree or equivalent Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Ability to professionally interface with clients over the phone or through email
