About this role

To support and optimize enterprise packaged and SaaS platforms, the remote Packaged SaaS Application Engineer will leverage 3+ years of experience in Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices to configure, integrate, enhance, and maintain business-critical applications while ensuring stability and performance. Key Responsibilities Develop expertise in packaged and SaaS applications, focusing on configuration, customization, integration, and optimization Design and support solutions using Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices architectures Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide technical guidance to team members while communicating project updates to stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and supporting applications using Java/J2EE technologies Minimum 3 years of experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot Minimum 3 years of experience designing and supporting Microservices-based architectures Experience integrating enterprise applications using RESTful APIs and web services
