About this role

The successful candidate will primarily assist the Solent team with: Assisting a busy department with post-completion matters, including completion of SDLT returns and submission within deadline, serving notices of assignment and making Land Registry applications. Drafting and negotiating licences, leases, easements and other transactional property documents. Communicating with clients and external solicitors (both in writing and by telephone).
