As a remote People Operations Manager, the successful candidate will execute the operational foundation of the teammate experience by administering benefits, managing people systems, and supporting compliance and policy initiatives in a growing organization. Key responsibilities Administer Evio's benefits programs and provide support to teammates regarding benefits and leaves of absence Oversee the administration of people systems, ensuring accurate records and continuous improvement of operational processes Support the maintenance of policies and compliance with employment laws, ensuring consistent and compliant practices Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in people operations, human resources, or a closely related operational role Strong experience in benefits administration and supporting teammates through various life events Experience managing people systems and maintaining accurate records and workflows Working knowledge of human resources practices, employment law, and compliance Exceptional organizational skills and a service-oriented mindset
