About this role

PowerBi SME Mindbox Sp. z o.o. Daily tasks: - Administer and continuously improve the Power BI platform to meet governance, architecture and security standards. - Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards for operational and governance insights. - Configure and manage capacities, workspaces and deployment pipelines to enable enterprise use cases.Implement and maintain telemetry, monitoring and alerting for platform health and performance.

- Produce architecture and design documentation and work closely with Cybersecurity teams.Enable and support - Power BI Copilot and AI features, in compliance with governance and security requirements. - Develop automated solutions and self-service capabilities for efficient platform operations. - Provide technical guidance, design consultation and issue resolution to stakeholders. - Contribute to shaping future Power BI strategy, aligned with data and self-service vision.

Musts: Power BI, PowerShell, Python, Security, Data visualization, Communication skills Strong knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Fabric , including administration and configuration. Hands-on experience with enterprise reporting and analytics infrastructure. Scripting & automation skills (PowerShell, Python or similar). Knowledge of security, access controls and governance models in large organizations. Experience in architecture and design , producing technical documentation.

Familiarity with telemetry, monitoring and alerting systems . Skilled in Power BI report development and data visualization . Understanding of DevOps practices and deployment pipelines. Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proactive, improvement-driven mindset for automation and optimization .
