About this role

To support the authorization of dealer warranty repairs for major U.S.-based OEM vehicles, the remote Powertrain Warranty Authorization Agent will manage warranty claims processing, provide live technical support to dealers, and ensure compliance with warranty policies during an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday. Key responsibilities Process warranty claims and provide technical support to dealers regarding warranty policies and claim submissions Resolve dealer inquiries and issues related to claim entry and submission through various communication channels Maintain quality standards in warranty claims processing and identify operational efficiencies for continuous improvement Required qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent 2 years of experience in automotive after-sales, warranty management, or related fields Working knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures 2-4 years of experience using PCs and various systems Ability to engage with automotive dealers and knowledge of warranty policies and procedures
