About this role

Process Consultant / Analyst Moondigo Sp. z o.o. Daily tasks: - Work on client projects together with our senior consulting team - Analyze how a client builds and delivers software today — map the process end to end (requirements → release) - Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, quality issues and risks, and back your findings with facts and metrics - Help design a better way of working and turn it into clear recommendations - Prepare findings and presentations for client teams - Stay current with modern practices: automation, developer experience, DORA metrics, AI in development 4-5+ years in IT, including ~3-4 years close to software delivery (analysis, development, DevOps, QA or similar) Solid understanding of how software gets built and shipped (analysis, SDLC, CI/CD, testing, code quality, releases) Analytical mindset — you can take a messy, real-world process apart, see how it actually works, and spot what slows it down or creates risk Ability to gather information by talking to teams, structure it, and draw clear conclusions (not just opinions) Comfortable mapping a process and explaining it simply to both developers and managers Curious and ambitious — you want to grow from a technical role into analyzing and improving how organizations build software Consulting experience is a plus, not a must.

Moondigo is looking for an SDLC Process Consultant / Analyst to assess and redesign software delivery processes in a mid-to-large IT organization. This isn't a project management, DevOps or software engineering role — it's about understanding how delivery works in practice. You'll analyse current workflows, spot bottlenecks, run workshops with technical teams, and design practical improvements across requirements, development, testing, release and governance.
