Working remotely, the full-time Contract Product Manager - Retirement will define and drive the product vision and roadmap for assigned retirement products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and maximize product value. Key responsibilities Articulate product objectives and lead roadmap development in partnership with design, technology, and scrum teams Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer engagement and oversee customer research to inform product requirements Maximize product value by establishing success metrics and driving adoption across the client base Required qualifications 5-7+ years of product management experience in Retirement, Wealth Management, or Financial Services Experience delivering digital experiences across web, mobile, and cross-channel platforms Proven ability to define a compelling product vision with clear success metrics Strong leadership skills and experience with Agile methodologies Deep understanding of the retirement industry and competitive landscape
