About this role

Product Owner / Business Analyst AVENGA (Agencja Pracy, nr KRAZ: 8448) Daily tasks: - Work with the stakeholders and product managers to analyze data and align product roadmap to strategic goals. - Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary technical contact for queries related to the product. - Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.

- Work closely with key roles such as Tech Leads and Delivery Managers to ensure requirements clarity and technical excellence. - Develop scope documents and define Epics/User Stories that guide our CLS Software Development teams. - Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy. - Define priorities for short-term delivery within sprints and also for longer-term delivery along with Product Managers and stakeholders.

- Solve problems, make decisions, and complete trade-off analysis to stay on track toward business development commitments. - Ensure that dependencies, risks, and stakeholders’ expectations are identified and managed. - Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development team. - Increase transparency and enable direct communication between tech and business.

- Provide the necessary information required to help teams make informed decisions autonomously. - Support the teams to reach their long- and short-term commitments by removing anything that impedes their work. - Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation. - Ensure effective coordination, establish feedback loops, and enable overall orchestration among various teams, stakeholders, and customers.

- Run refinement sessions with the development teams in order to articulate delivery goals, provide details, and refine stories. Experience in working on multiple and varied large-scale projects, delivering a variety of software applications. Experience in web and mobile applications is considered a plus. Proven ability to work within teams using a variety of software development methods, including product development using agile software delivery methods.
