Product Owner (Product Director) - Hardware
About this role
Product Owner (Product Director) - Hardware Vision Miner Daily tasks: - Own the printer — where it's headed, what gets built next, and why. - Find out why things go wrong, whether the fault came from a supplier or reached a customer, and fix it for good. - Stay close to customers, listen to the problems they face, and use that to decide what to fix and build. - Hire and lead the team that builds and supports it, and keep an eye on how it's made — quality, cost, suppliers, and the parts that go into it.
- Know the market and the competition, and where the product needs to go to stay ahead. Musts: Product vision, Backlog management, Market analytics, Hardware, Team management You're the right fit if you're one of these, or both: The proven owner — you've already taken a complex product (ideally hardware) from idea to launch, and can show it. The high-potential — you're earlier on, but you've shipped something real, led people, and you're ready for a much bigger scope than you've held before.
You also have the following: You dig into problems you've never seen before and figure them out, instead of waiting for someone to hand you the answer. You take responsibility for how things turn out, not just for being busy. You understand how complicated products/machines work and what makes them good or bad. You've led people before, and they'd happily work with you again. English at C1, and fluent in Polish. About us and the role We're a U.S.
company that designs and builds high-temperature industrial 3D printers — the whole thing, from first design to a finished machine — for engineering teams in aerospace, defense, medtech, and more. Our machines print high-performance parts that most printers can't touch, and they're already trusted by demanding engineering teams who can't afford for things to fail. We're one of the leaders in our niche, and we're not planning to stay still.
Now we're opening a tech hub in Poland to build the next decade of the product — and we're looking for a Product Owner (Product Director) to own one of our machines and make it the best of its kind in the world. It's a build-and-lead role, not a backlog to manage. To start, you'll work remotely from Poland, staying in close contact with our team in the US, and later move on-site as the Kraków hub comes together. What we offer Long-term cooperation — we're building this hub for the next decade, and we want someone to grow with it.
Deep onboarding into the product, with direct access to the people who built it. A performance bonus tied to what you actually deliver. Real autonomy and direct access to leadership — the product is yours to shape. International projects.
