About this role

📋 Description Lead internal discovery sessions to capture customer goals and needs. Schedule training across time zones; prepare decks and agendas. Develop and maintain training materials, agendas, and templates. Deliver live webinars on Hootsuite products (Hootsuite, Impact, Insights, Amplify, Ads). Deliver onsite training, including travel to client offices. Update project plans with training progress and CSAT-focused outcomes.

🎯 Requirements Practical training experience, preferably in tech/SaaS. Clear, organized presentation skills in person and online. Proven ability to train others on a technology solution. Able to explain technical terms clearly to diverse audiences. Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly.
