Production Support Engineer Verita HR Daily tasks: - Provide Production support for PB Client Onboarding system, PB Client Reporting system. - Provide Incident analysis for systems and workout solution with development team - Manage Incidents and Problem Records (Problem Coordinator role) via SNOW flow - Support ongoing technical and process improvements in Support working with Support colleagues, Devops and SRE - Response to system alerts and actions on those - Provide support on non-office hour depends on needs.
