About this role

Programme Manager IAM Link Group Daily tasks: - End-to-End Delivery: Own the execution and rollout of the SSO Application Onboarding stream. - Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate and drive collaboration across DevOps, Application Onboarding teams, and business stakeholders. - Governance & Risk Management: Monitor progress, proactively mitigate risks, and enforce organizational governance. - Executive Reporting: Prepare high-level reporting decks and decision-making materials for senior leadership.

- Change Management: Drive organizational change management and project communications. Musts: Program Management, Project management, SSO, IAM, Agile, Scrum, Jira Experience: Proven track record in Programme/Project Management within large-scale Banking and/or IT transformation initiatives. Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience with SSO, Identity & Access Management (IAM) , or application onboarding projects. Methodologies & Tools: Strong Agile/Scrum background and practical proficiency with Jira .

Executive Presence: Outstanding stakeholder management, structured delivery mindset, and strong C-level reporting capabilities. Travel Flexibility: Openness to occasional week-long business travel assignments. Nice to Have: Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) .
