Project Specialist Antal Daily tasks: - Planning, managing, and coordinating assigned projects, with a particular focus on migration projects - Monitoring project activities and ensuring timely delivery of project tasks - Identifying project risks and driving mitigation actions - Monitoring, verifying, and reporting on project KPIs - Actively participating in project meetings and preparing summaries and status reports - Managing stakeholders across various organizational structures and governance models - Building and maintaining strong business relationships - Collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery - Proactively identifying project challenges and recommending effective solutions - Ensuring the successful execution of assigned activities and achievement of project objectives Musts: Project management Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or project delivery roles Experience working on migration projects is a strong advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment Experience managing stakeholders at different organizational levels Strong organizational skills, ownership, and ability to work independently 📍 Location: Warsaw (hybrid model - 2 days per week in the office) 💰 B2B Contract: 70–100 PLN/h We are looking for an experienced Project Specialist to join a team delivering migration projects in an international environment.
