About this role

To launch a rewarding career in insurance sales, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers to match their insurance needs with appropriate coverages and converting leads into policyholders. Key responsibilities Consult with customers on their insurance needs and convert sales leads into policyholders Participate in a comprehensive training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license Work a flexible schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, managing incoming warm leads without cold calling Required qualifications 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred Property and Casualty License required after hire Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales Excellent analytical and decision-making skills Proficiency in typing and PC usage
