About this role

Quality Confirmation Graduate / Specialist Toyota Digital HUB & SSC (TME NV/SA) Daily tasks: - Develop E2E testing strategies for n-Car & Ou-Car developed features in cooperation with stakeholders within TME and outside TME. - Write test cases, execute E2E testing and generate test reports. This includes reporting to Senior Management within TME. - Identify opportunities to enhance testing quality and testing effectiveness (eg.

automation) through applying your datascience skills and help our team to navigate and identify obstacles quickly. - Standardise quality assurance processes applied by different testing teams. Musts: QA, ISTQB You are fluent in English (TME business language) . You have a Master d egree in Computer Science , IT, Software Engineering or a related field. You are customer oriented and take ownership to challenge the status quo.

You have a passion for software development processes and quality assurance, and you are motivated to help others follow best practices. You are organized, flexible, pro-active, delivery focused and willing to continuously learn . You have good communication skills, time management and business understanding. You have knowledge of: Software development processes & techniques such as requirements engineering, software design, Agile Scrum, DevOps, software evaluation, SIL/HIL.

Quality assurance practices (e.g., code reviews, test case reviews, process audits). Software testing (MIL, SIL, HIL) incl testing standards ( ISTQB,… ). Following knowledge/skills are considered as an asset: Usage of ALM tools (Windchill, Codebeamer ,… ). Usage of source control & CI/CD tools ( Github ,… ). Jira, Confluence. Expertise in test automation. GenAI. Basic programming skills (Java, C++, Python) and understanding of software coding best practices.

You have a standard driving license (Category B) or are in the process of obtaining one.
