About this role
Quality - Graduate / Specialist Toyota Digital HUB & SSC (TME NV/SA) Daily tasks: - Key Performance Indices (KPI): - Define & Visualise: Define & implement KPIs to enable tracking our (quality) performance. Visualise our KPI performance through real-time dashboards. - Coordinate & Collaborate: Set-up & maintain KPI governance model including reporting to R&D top management. - Process Improvement: Define & roll-out action plans to improve our KPI performance.
- Quality Management System (QMS): - Coordinate & Collaborate: Lead the team in applying software development processes, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure process adherence and alignment with organizational goals. - Process implementation: Implement necessary tooling/environments e.g. test benches to enable efficient execution of process requirements. - Process Improvement: Analyse, design, implement, and monitor software process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Conduct regular process audits and assessments. - Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members on new and existing processes, and promote a culture of quality and efficiency within the organization. Musts: Power BI, PowerApps, Java, Python, C++ You are fluent in English (TME business language) . You have a Master d egree in Computer Science , IT, Software Engineering or a related field. You are customer oriented and take ownership to challenge the status quo.
You have a passion for software development processes and quality assurance, and you are motivated to help others follow best practices. You are organized, flexible, pro-active, delivery focused and willing to continuously learn . You can perform efficient analysis utilizing state of the art tools (MS Power BI, PowerApp , …) and are able to optimize/standardize data collection and reporting . You have good communication skills, time management and business understanding.
You have knowledge of: Software development processes & techniques such as requirements engineering, software design, Agile Scrum, ASPICE, DevOps, software evaluation, SIL/HIL. Quality assurance practices (e.g., code reviews, test case reviews, process audits). Basic programming skills (Java, C++, Python) and understanding of software coding best practices. Linux fundamentals and embedded environments. Following knowledge/skills are considered as an asset: Usage of ALM tools (Windchill, Codebeamer ,… ).
Usage of source control & CI/CD tools ( Github ,… ). Jira, Confluence. Software testing (MIL, SIL, HIL) incl testing standards ( ISTQB,… ). Network & automotive communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, SOME/IP). Vector CANoe , vTESTstudio. GenAI. Model based design ( Matlab & Simulink). You have strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects effectively, coordinating with team members to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
You have a standard driving license (Category B) or are in the process of obtaining one.
