About this role

Quantum PMO Lead Mindbox Sp. z o.o. Daily tasks: - Owning and running the programme governance structure (SteerCo, working groups, interlocks), including agendas, actions, decisions, and full audit trails - Maintaining the programme delivery framework: RAID, dependency management, change control, delivery standards, and consistent templates across all workstreams - Building and maintaining an integrated programme plan across eight execution tracks: Risk Assessment & Prioritisation; Discovery & Inventory; Vendor Alignment & Ecosystem Readiness; Migration Design & Crypto-agility; Policy, Standards & Guardrails; Enablement & Training; Mitigation & Remediation; Innovation & Development - Owning programme dashboards and performance reporting, tracking progress against agreed OKRs and targets; establishing a single source of truth for milestones, deliverables, and benefits realisation - Leading programme financial governance: budget tracking, forecasting, change requests, and annual funding submissions; maintaining resourcing and capacity views across teams and execution tracks - Providing delivery assurance to ensure workstreams meet governance and control expectations; coordinating cross-cutting risks with clear ownership and time-bound mitigations - Producing SteerCo-ready reporting: clear narrative, data integrity, and decision prompts - Acting as the central coordination point for programme communications across cybersecurity, business lines, architecture/engineering, technology risk stakeholders, and control functions Musts: Forecasting, Jira, Confluence Must have: Significant experience leading PMO / programme office functions within complex, multi-workstream change in a regulated environment Strong governance, planning, RAID/dependency management, and executive reporting skills Strong financial management capability: forecasting, budget tracking, and change control discipline Advanced tooling and MI skills: JIRA/Confluence, reporting dashboards/analytics, strong Excel/PowerPoint discipline Confident stakeholder management with the ability to drive alignment without formal authority Nice to have: Familiarity with quantum-safe / PQC programme concepts and their delivery implications (inventory, migration waves, vendor readiness, training) Experience supporting cyber, cryptography, or large-scale technology risk programmes Experience operating across global stakeholder groups and federated delivery structures Prior experience within a highly regulated financial institution Joining this project you’ll become part of Mindbox – a tech-driven company where consulting, engineering, and talent meet to build meaningful digital solutions.
