ReactJS Developer Mindbox Sp. z o.o. Daily tasks: - Develop and optimize a React + TypeScript chat application for production delivery - Implement real-time streaming UIs (WebSockets, SSE, etc.) - Use Tailwind CSS and modern UI component systems like shadcn/ui or Radix UI - Manage complex client-side state with best practices for performance and scalability - Leverage AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate development - Collaborate with the product team to design and iterate on a polished UI experience Musts: React, TypeScript, Tailwind, CSS, UI, Redux Required Skills Strong experience in React + TypeScript for production apps Hands-on with Tailwind CSS and modern UI component libraries (e.g., Radix UI, shadcn/ui) Proven background in building real-time streaming UIs Expertise in managing complex client-side state (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.) Comfortable using AI coding assistants as part of daily workflow Nice to Have Familiarity with Dynamics 365 / Dataverse (entities, activity types) Experience integrating streaming AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, SSE-based workflows) Joining this project you’ll become part of Mindbox – a tech-driven company where consulting, engineering, and talent meet to build meaningful digital solutions.
