About this role

To support high-net-worth clients, the full-time Residential Property Risk Advisor will perform independent risk assessments, evaluate complex property exposures, and recommend loss prevention strategies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct PURE 360 Risk assessments to evaluate property conditions and assess risk exposure Analyze findings to determine loss probability and severity, providing appropriate recommendations Communicate assessment results and recommendations clearly to clients, ensuring understanding of potential risk implications Required qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Risk Manager or in a related insurance role focused on property risk assessment OR 5+ years of experience in high-value home construction, skilled trades, home inspection, appraisal, or a related field Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; relevant field experience is highly valued Demonstrated ability to apply independent judgment and discretion in complex situations Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
