Working remotely, the full-time Retail Job Captain will provide design support in project administration, design development, and contract documents while ensuring compliance with standards and managing project budgets. Key responsibilities Create and review contract documents to ensure compliance with firm standards and regulations Coordinate with technical staff and manage project through the contract administration phase Oversee budget adherence and mentor junior designers on project tasks Required qualifications Graduate of architecture school or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in retail design projects required Advanced skills in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite Working knowledge of building systems, codes, and ADA requirements Experience with high-volume retail rollouts and ground-up new construction preferred
