About this role

To enhance revenue cycle efficiency, the full-time Revenue Cycle Pre-Registration Associate will conduct pre-service patient interviews, ensure accurate billing records, and collect estimated patient financial liabilities in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Interview patients via phone to complete the pre-registration process Comply with regulatory requirements and educate patients on their financial responsibilities Document interview outcomes accurately while delivering exceptional customer service Required Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent One year of previous scheduling experience in the medical field is preferred General knowledge of medical terminology Proficient in typing Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in English; bilingual is a plus
