About this role

Seeking a full-time Revenue Operations Analyst to work remotely, who will build and maintain analytical models and reports to provide visibility into business performance across sales, customer success, and finance, focusing on metrics like churn, renewals, and sales productivity. Key responsibilities Build and maintain renewal and retention reporting, including churn cohort analysis and renewal pipeline health Create and manage the forecast accuracy tracking model, producing regular reports with root-cause analysis Support sales productivity reporting and assist with capacity and coverage model maintenance for planning purposes Required qualifications 2 to 4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, FP&A, or a related analytical role within a B2B SaaS organization Strong financial analytical skills with the ability to build models from raw data Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting and familiarity with its data architecture Proven ability to deliver accurate analytical reports under tight deadlines Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and cohort analysis
