Scrum Master KMD Poland Daily tasks: - Coaching the development team in efficient use of Scrum - Supporting the team, removing obstacles - Facilitating the team’s Scrum rituals and habits - Coaching the team in efficient planning, reporting and continuous improvement Musts: Scrum, PM, Agile WE WANT YOU IN OUR TEAM IF YOU: Have several years’ experience on a similar position in international setups Are communicative in English, both spoken and written Work well in a distributed, multinational team WE ARE A PERFECT MATCH IF YOU ADDITIONALLY: Have documented commercial experience in Scandinavian setups Have experience in knowledge sharing to help elevate other team members’ skills Are simply fun to work with 😊 You will work on NTSE project.
