About this role

Scrum Master Link Group Daily tasks: - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) - Ensure teams adhere to Agile principles and best practices - Identify and remove impediments to team progress - Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to optimize backlog management - Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity within teams Musts: Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Jira, Confluence At least 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills Good command of English Nice to Have Experience in the finance or stock exchange industry Certifications such as PSM II, SAFe SM, or PMI-ACP Knowledge of Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify Model) Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices At Link Group, we build tech teams for Fortune 500 companies and the world’s most innovative startups.
