About this role

Security Awareness Specialist apreel Sp. z o.o. Daily tasks: - Develop and deliver security awareness training and educational materials. Create newsletters, awareness campaigns, presentations, videos, and e-learning content. Translate cybersecurity topics into engaging, business-friendly messaging. Manage and maintain awareness content on SharePoint and other communication platforms. Leverage generative AI tools to produce modern learning materials.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, cybersecurity teams, and external partners. Monitor awareness program effectiveness through reporting and KPIs Musts: Security, Cybersecurity, SharePoint, AI, Communication skills Required s kills and experience 3+ years of experience in Security Awareness, Communications, Marketing, Learning & Development, or a related field. Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, and secure behaviors .

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience creating engaging digital content and training materials. Familiarity with content creation tools. Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders across the organization Preferred Experience running Security Awareness programs in large organizations. Cybersecurity certifications (Security+, ISC2 CC, or similar). Experience supporting both IT and OT environments.
