About this role

Quantum Frontline Industries (QFI) is a newly established German-Ukrainian defence joint venture between Quantum Systems and Frontline Robotics , created under the Build with Ukraine initiative. For the first time, Ukrainian drones will be manufactured on an industrial scale in Europe, combining Ukrainian battlefield-proven technology with German industrial automation to create a new model of cross-border defence co-production: the German Model .

All-round role with a focus on monthly closing, HGB and ERP For a modern mid-sized production company, we are looking for an experienced, structured and digitally minded professional for our accounting department. In this role, you will take on a central all-round function in day-to-day accounting – from operational postings to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. You will work closely with commercial management, the external tax advisor, as well as the purchasing, warehouse and production departments, and actively contribute to building efficient accounting and ERP processes.

Your role in daily operations: Responsibility for ongoing financial accounting, in particular general ledger, accounts payable and fixed asset accounting Operational involvement in accounts payable, including account assignment, reconciliations and execution of payment runs Reconciliation of bank, general ledger and vendor accounts, as well as clarification of open items Preparation and execution of monthly closings, including provisions and accruals Preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with HGB in collaboration with the tax advisor Preparation of VAT returns and other tax filings Support in liquidity planning, reporting and internal analyses Further development of accounting processes within the ERP system Main point of contact for tax advisors, auditors, banks and internal departments
