About this role

Senior AI Engineer Harvey Nash Technology Daily tasks: - Build and scale GenAI solutions from PoC to production. - Develop AI agents, agentic workflows, MCP servers, and AI-powered APIs. - Design and implement RAG and text-to-SQL solutions. - Develop cloud-native services using Python and FastAPI. - Deploy and operate solutions on AWS and Azure. - Implement CI/CD, monitoring, evaluation frameworks, and AI governance controls.

- Collaborate with Data Science, Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams. - Drive engineering best practices through code reviews and mentoring. Musts: Python, AI, FastAPI, LLM, RAG, Docker 5+ years of experience in AI, ML, or Software Engineering. Strong Python development skills and experience building production APIs. Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, RAG, AI agents, and frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.

Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms. Strong knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and Infrastructure as Code. Understanding of observability, monitoring, security, and scalable system design. Strong communication skills and fluent English. Senior AI Engineer, Warsaw, hybrid.
