Senior AML Compliance Officer / KYC Analyst DCG Daily tasks: - Act as a subject matter expert in interpreting international AML regulations and KYC guidelines, ensuring alignment with local and global standards - Conduct comprehensive legal and regulatory research to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities in global financial crime compliance - Lead strategic KYC transformation projects by partnering with cross-functional teams (1st and 2nd Line) to review, simplify, and align policies and procedures - Drive automation and integration of country-specific KYC/AML requirements into a globally consistent and scalable policy framework - Manage policy-related initiatives and contribute to roadmap development, ensuring alignment with the client's broader KYC transformation strategy - Create and deliver high-impact presentations to communicate policy changes, project updates, and strategic initiatives to key stakeholders - Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and risk-based thinking within the compliance function Musts: Analytical skills, Communication skills, Degree Requirements: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in AML/KYC policy development, advisory, or transformation within the financial services industry Strong research, writing, and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex regulatory requirements into actionable and concise policies Proven experience in driving change and leading cross-functional projects in a large, global organization Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across senior levels Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (e.g., JD, LLM, Master's in Compliance or Risk Management) preferred Very good command of English (oral and written) Nice to have: Legal background and professional certifications (e.g., CAMS) Offer: Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program
