Senior AML Scoring Engineer Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. Daily tasks: - Deliver the receivables stream within a dedicated Contextual Monitoring solution - Design and implement advanced AML detection logic using contextual data and analytics - Develop and configure scoring models in the monitoring platform - Design and optimize Transaction Monitoring use cases focused on Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing detection - Calibrate scoring models and define detection thresholds - Ensure score explainability and compliance with AML model governance requirements - Support large-scale regulatory-driven initiatives involving data integrations, scenario development, testing, and activation across multiple countries - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions - Mentor junior data engineers and provide technical leadership Musts: Data analysis Deep understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Transaction Monitoring concepts Proven experience in designing and implementing detection logic and scoring models Strong experience in data analysis Practical experience in financial crime projects Hands-on experience with Agile ways of working Ability to optimize scoring models, calibrate thresholds, and support model governance requirements Experience working with contextual data and analytics in high-volume transaction environments Very good command of English, both spoken and written Nice to have: Good understanding of Finance products Familiarity with the Quantexa platform solution Offer: Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program
