About this role

📋 Description Negotiating contracts with SaaS, hardware, and services vendors. Driving contract renewals and ensuring timely execution with favorable terms. Overseeing onboarding of new vendors, including compliance and documentation. Partnering with Legal, Finance, and InfoSec to ensure contracts meet company standards. Collecting, maintaining, and organizing procurement documentation. Identifying opportunities to improve procurement policies and vendor engagement.

🎯 Requirements 3+ years of experience in contracts management, procurement, or vendor negotiations (IT or SaaS focus preferred). Strong knowledge of contract structures, terms, and compliance requirements. Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and secure value-driven outcomes. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective vendor and stakeholder relationships.
