Senior Business Analyst (Manufacturing) AVENGA (Agencja Pracy, nr KRAZ: 8448) Daily tasks: - Identify business opportunities and pre-assess their value, size, and dependencies to support business case creation. - Design and document user requirements and process flows related to recipe management systems, integrations across MES, LIMS, ERP, and PLM systems, and reporting capabilities while ensuring GxP compliance and data interoperability.

- Create functional specifications, architecture decision records, and technical documentation for system configurations, integration solutions, and reporting requirements. - Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of architecture, data flows, and system capabilities. - Identify relevant Generative AI/ML use cases within a manufacturing environment and support their implementation.

Musts: MES, PLM, ERP, SAP S/4HANA Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 5–10 years of experience as a Functional Architect and/or Business Analyst in a pharmaceutical, life sciences, or GxP-regulated environment. Hands-on understanding of product recipe design and parameter definition within manufacturing systems such as PLM, MES, LIMS, or ERP. Solid understanding of SQL databases, relational data structures, and reporting systems.

Proven experience in system integration projects involving platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, ELN, MES, ERP, LIMS, PLM, or similar. Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into structured functional and non-functional requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in global, cross-functional environments. Fluent English. We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Manufacturing) to support an Enterprise Recipe Management initiative.

This role is pivotal in identifying high-value business opportunities and pre-assessing their feasibility and size to build robust business cases. The successful candidate will serve as a functional expert, designing and documenting detailed user requirements and process flows for a core recipe management application and its integrations with MES, LIMS, ERP, and PLM systems. This is a highly collaborative role that requires balancing the needs of business stakeholders with the capabilities of technical teams while exploring innovative Generative AI/ML use cases.
