About this role

📋 Description Review architectural and structural drawings for residential and commercial masonry projects. Perform quantity takeoffs with ZiZi Takeoff or PlanSwift/On-Screen Takeoff. Export takeoff quantities into Excel and prepare cost estimates. Build pricing models for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors. Coordinate with subcontracted masonry crews on labor pricing and scheduling. Manage estimates in BuilderTrend; prepare proposals and submit quotes; communicate with clients.
