About this role

Leading the refresh and revision of a five-year Directional Plan and Roadmap for a legislative customer, the full-time Senior Consultant will manage project work plans, facilitate stakeholder planning sessions, and produce actionable recommendations in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage the project work plan, ensuring structured frameworks for tasks, deliverables, and resource allocation Design and facilitate stakeholder planning sessions, developing session guides and conducting environmental analyses Produce the Directional and Functional Analysis Report and revise the OCIO Directional Plan with strategic goals and objectives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Expert knowledge of IT strategic planning and organizational performance management Experience in developing strategic plans and key performance indicators for large organizations Proficiency in graphic design or visual communication for creating high-quality deliverables Availability to work between 8:30 a.m.

and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday
